左光正,复旦大学信息科学与工程学院,研究员(青年),德国洪堡学者。
博士毕业于瑞典林雪平大学,导师为martijn kemerink教授(目前海德堡大学先进材料院董事);2019-2021年,获德国洪堡基金资助,在波茨坦大学从事博士后研究,合作导师为tomson reuters 100 top 全球顶尖材料学家dieter neher 教授;2022年2月起,加入复旦大学信息科学与工程学院,任青年研究员。
研究方向包括:
1)有机热电材料与器件;
2)有机光电材料与器件;
3)电荷传输过程及器件物理;
4)模型及蒙特卡罗计算。
主要成果及业绩:目前以第一作者在nature materials、advanced functional materials、advanced electronic materials、physical review b等国际权威期刊上已发表论文11篇,研究成果多次得到国际同行的积极评价。
