承担了科技部、上海科委和大型央企的产学研项目50余项项目,发表学术论文70余篇,申请/获得发明专利近10项。
科研创新性应用成果:
(1)成功研制出集成化可配置工业信息监测分析控制系统,实现网络化大数据采集、存储、分析和智能控制;
(2)研制出led照明智能控制器,实现路灯在线故障诊断和自适应调光,得到了业界推广应用;
(3)研制出智能控制系统平台,建立空间照度比例模型、设计视觉心理学照明控制策略和自适应照度分布控制方法,实现办公环境视觉功效和光环境自适应调整的功能;
(4)开发出首套在线盐酸雾的监测与监控系统,填补了国内钢铁行业轧制生产工艺中盐酸雾排放在线监控手段上的一项技术空白,获得了广泛的推广应用;
(5)研发了首套具有自主知识产权的炉内带钢跑偏瓢曲在线监测与监控系统,填补了国内炉内带钢生产跑偏瓢曲在线监控的一项技术空白,在钢铁行业得到了广泛的推广应用;
(6)研发了首套三维机器人智能生产耳标系统,得到了业界推广应用。
